My poor foot takes so much abuse.

Alright so this weekend my parents came to morgantown to help me pack up my apartment since its so close to me going to Holland. I figured that I would do it now, and just get it out of the way. My mom knew that I had to work yesterday and that I would be free today, so we decided to get as much done as possible today. Which, I’m very proud of the amount that we did, however my room now looks so.. lifeless. Its like someone just moved in or someone that barely lives here. Its awkward, but oh well I’ll deal. Tomorrow I’m going to the post office and then I’m heading home(Warrenton) until Wednesday night, when I will come back to Morgantown and go to work on Thursday. Fun eh?

Oh well. I can’t believe how close it is getting until I’m going to be in Holland. It really seems unreal to me that I’m going to be there in such a short time. Its been six months since I’ve seen Richard (well… almost 6 months.. off by like a week..) and I have missed him so so so so much. I think my moods lately have been stemming from the fact that its been so long without him. Hopefully thats the reason, but with me, you never know. Oh well.

So while moving today we had to take my bed off the bed risers that I had it on… got them off and I went back behind my bed to pick up something.. and without letting me know my step father moved the bed, pushing the bed post into my already sore foot. Needless to say it hurt like a bitch. But oh well I guess.

Also! I would like to say yay to myself. I’ve almost blogged an entire month straight. Well technically I have since I blogged a week straight before Project Blog. But wow! I know that some of my blogs were completely useless and random, and most of you probably didn’t want to read it at all, but! I still did it, which for me, is a huge accomplishment. It’s going to be a bit weird not checking “Project Blog” for the category anymore, but eh, I guess I’ll get used to it.

Alas! I have nothing else to say. So I guess until tomorrow :)

Yes, thats really mature.

So when I came home(morgantown) I went straight to work to pick up my paycheck. I figured I might as well get the excitement/ disappointment over with. Plus I hate carrying my paycheck while I’m working, it bugs the hell out of me. So I get to work, and I go back and look at the schedule(force of habit). I ask Jessie for my paycheck and hand him my insurance for my car (Its a rule, I have to have legal insurance to pick up my paycheck.) So while thats happening, customers come in and it gets a bit busy. So I jump on register and help him out, and then grab the phone when it rings. Things die down (i was only there for like 20 minutes) and then Jessie tells me that apparently Steven (Assistant Manager) and Tom (Regular Morning Manager) quit. Considering how long Steven has worked there, and just.. his nature, that actually surprised me a bit and I wasn’t sure if it was just another JJ’s rumor that was going around. (btw JJ’s=jimmy johns, its just easier to type jj’s) So i end up going home, not really believing what Jessie said.

So I get to sleep and wake up, and go to work at like 9:40 (supposed to be there at 10) I get there and I’m walking towards the store and a co-worker of mine (Ian) walks up to me and he’s like “Did you hear Steve and Tom quit”. Naturally I replied “Yes I heard but I’m not sure if I believe it because it could be just another rumor.”

So when I got into work I asked another co-worker about it (Kris) and he said that he didn’t know of anything about it. So I figured it was a rumor. Sage (inshopper) got there around 10:50 and I asked her if she knew if it was true or not. She said that there was no way that it could be, but asked Danny(GM) anyway. Apparently Steven and Tom actually did quit and last night another driver gave his two weeks. Add to the fact that 3 people didn’t show up for shifts last week(meaning they’re fired) and 1 person quit. Thats 7 people in less than a week and a half.

But anyway, the reason for the blog title. Today another co-worker came in to get his check (Joshua) and I asked him if he knew about it. He responded with “Yeah they actually asked me to quit with them.” So apparently Steven and Tom were really trying to fuck over JJ’s by getting a bunch of people to quit (I asked a few others and they replied the same..that tom and/or steven asked them to quit with them).

This is the part where I really have to say “What the fuck?” I mean honestly. Steven is 18 years old and Tom is 20. I would at least expect Tom to have the balls to quit like a man instead of fucking up something he could have put on his resume (manager experience…seriously companies love to see that stuff, however if you tried to fuck over the company that you were a manager at when potential employers call..they’re going to find that out, and it doesnt look good for you.). He keeps talking about how he’s in business school, yet he’s fucking up this much?

Then pretty much the same thing with Steven. I mean really why not just tell Danny the truth, that you don’t like the hours that you’re working and that you would rather not be a manager, or hell give your two weeks. Don’t just come in a quit. Thats bullshit and a low blow.

But yeah, thats the dramaz at JJ’s right now. So glad that I’m going to be done there soon. Finally a vacation from drama and rumors <3

Must go back home.

Kinda sucks when I come back home(warrenton) that I then eventually have to go back home(morgantown). Tonight after I’m done with this blog post, I have to do exactly that. Its a 4 hour drive, which really isn’t that bad, but still its annoying to do so often, but Morgantown drives me insane sometimes..and I just need to get away.

Today was yet another uneventful day. I slept most of it. I was supposed to leave for Morgantown when I woke up, but due to the fact that I procrastinate like effin crazy, I’m still in warrenton. Oh well.

Went and got free ice cream, thats always a plus. Also talked to someone about visiting my ex boyfriend in jail(long story). Hopefully I can see him before I leave country, but if not, I’ll try to see him when I get back.

Sadly thats really all I can update on :/ Tomorrow I work a double, so the only thing you’ll probably hear about tomorrow is how stupid people can be (because I work with idiots..)

Cant wait to get back into the swing of actually blogging. 13 days until my last day at work 16 before I leave for Holland. Absolutely can not wait <3
